Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small with not enough space for luggage and were not ready at 14:00, but it was a delightful surprise to find them quiet, tastefully decorated, and spacious, allowing for interactions with guests from all around. However, the walls needed a fresh coat of paint, as they were chipped, rooms were noisy due to thin walls, and the building shuddered with the subway passing by.
The hotel's location is great for exploring Soho and enjoying the downtown vibe of NYC. The rooms are a bit small and not ideal for multiple guests, but the service is exceptional. Dining options are a bit overpriced, but the facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the small side even for NYC standards and could have used a fresh coat of paint. The tight space made it a bit challenging for a girls' weekend trip, but we found them cozy overall.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, along with exceptionally nice service. The location is perfect for exploring Soho and enjoying NYC's downtown vibe. The dining options are gorgeous but pricey. Overall, a great choice for a downtown stay.
The hotel is located in a quiet area on Howard St, making it a perfect spot for those who prefer a calm environment. The rooms are beautifully decorated with contemporary lines and soft hues, giving a modern feel. The service was friendly, but there could have been more helpful assistance available. However, the dining experience was slightly affected by noise pollution from the surrounding area.
The hotel was in a central location, ideal for exploring Soho, with some room for service improvement. The rooms were small and showed signs of wear, but the staff made us feel at home. The dining was outstanding despite the high prices, and the facilities were absolutely gorgeous.
The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Soho, close to the best restaurants and shops. The rooms were small but offered extra space for us, though the strong smell of mildew was a downside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining options were a bit disappointing, but the location and facilities made up for it.
